Who I am

This site is run by Ameris Poquette, an independent brand identity and systems consultant based in Aurora, Colorado. "I," "me," and "my" in this policy mean Ameris Poquette. Questions about your information go to [email protected].

What I collect

• What you tell me. When you fill out a form or book a consult: your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give, such as your business name, website, the kind of project you have in mind, budget, and timeline.
• What comes up as we work together. Notes from calls and consults, project details, contracts, and payment status.
• Basic technical information. My hosting provider handles standard information your browser sends, like your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. I don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.

How I use it

• To reply to you, schedule and hold consults, and follow up.
• To write proposals and contracts, deliver the work, and send invoices and receipts.
• To keep accurate records of our work together.
• To send occasional updates, only if you've said yes. You can opt out any time.

I don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Services that help me

I use a small number of trusted services to run this site and my business. They handle your information only to provide their service to me:

• Cloudflare: hosts this site, stores my client records, and forwards email.
• Tally: runs the forms on this site.
• Koalendar and Google Calendar: booking and scheduling.
• Resend: sends emails such as confirmations and contracts.
• Stripe: processes payments. I never see or store your full card details.

Forms and booking pages may set their own cookies to work properly; their privacy policies explain how.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as we're in touch or working together, and afterward as long as needed for my business and tax records. If you'd like it deleted sooner, ask me and I'll delete what I'm not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you the information I have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you updates. Email [email protected] and I'll respond within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

Client records are stored with Cloudflare and are only accessible to me, behind a secure sign-in. No system is perfect, but I take reasonable care to protect what you share.

Children

This site and my services are meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
