Custom code-level development—Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, custom API development, or any work requiring a developer certification. If a project's needs cross into custom development, I'll identify that clearly in my findings or during the engagement, and can refer you to a trusted developer to scope that portion separately. My rates and timelines cover configuration work only.

Keeping systems within no-code/declarative tools isn't just a limitation—it's often the more sustainable choice for small teams: no-code configurations are easier for in-house staff to maintain long-term without ongoing developer dependency.

50% of the audit fee is credited toward a block of implementation hours if purchased within 30 days.
